200G optical modules usually come in two packaging types: QSFP56 and QSFP-DD.

QSFP56: QSFP56 is a type of small form-factor pluggable optical module with four channels, and each channel can achieve a transmission rate of up to 56 Gbps. QSFP-DD: QSFP-DD is an evolved version of QSFP with higher density, capable of supporting double the number of data channels. Therefore, each QSFP-DD module can support a higher total bandwidth. Typically, QSFP-DD can support a transmission rate of up to 56 Gbps per channel, so one module can achieve a transmission rate of up to 400 Gbps.
